These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Ligare Labs LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and any individual or entity (“User,” “you,” or “Purchaser”) who accesses or uses our website, online store, or services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or purchasing from this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Ownership of the Site
All content on this Site—including graphics, logos, icons, images, digital files, and design elements—is the exclusive property of Ligare Labs LLC or its content suppliers. All rights are reserved.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.

All materials, product descriptions, website content, and related documentation are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Nothing on this Site grants a license or permission to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
3. Regulatory Status & Research-Use-Only Products
You acknowledge and agree that:
Ligare Labs LLC is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Ligare Labs LLC is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
We do not compound, manufacture, or dispense drugs for human or veterinary use.
Additionally:
All products sold by Ligare Labs LLC are for laboratory research use only.
Products are NOT intended for:
• Human consumption, injection, inhalation, or application
• Use in food, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, or veterinary applications
• Diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease
• Any clinical, medical, household, or commercial application
Misuse of products is strictly prohibited.
4. Chemical / Biological Hazard Notice
Our products may pose chemical, biological, or physical hazards. You agree to:
Handle all materials exclusively in controlled laboratory environments.
Use proper PPE and follow appropriate safety protocols.
Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
5. FDA Disclaimer
Statements and products provided by Ligare Labs LLC have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
All products and information are for educational and research purposes only.

Ligare Labs LLC is not a 503A compounding pharmacy.
Ligare Labs LLC is not a 503B outsourcing facility.
We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
6. Purchaser Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
By purchasing from this Site, you certify and agree:
You assume full responsibility for the lawful and safe handling, storage, and use of all purchased materials.
You understand the inherent risks associated with research chemicals.
You acknowledge that Ligare Labs LLC does not compound pharmaceuticals under 503A or 503B.
You are at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
7. Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive all claims against Ligare Labs LLC, its owners, employees, suppliers, and affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage arising from:
• Handling
• Possession
• Storage
• Use or misuse of products
• Violation of these Terms
This includes all direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.
8. Indemnification Agreement
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ligare Labs LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising out of:
• Your purchase or use of products
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any misuse or unlawful use of materials
• Any allegation of improper compounding or pharmaceutical use related to 503A/503B
9. Requirements for Using the Store
By using our Site, you represent that:
You are legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
You will not use our products for any clinical or medical use.
You understand that Ligare Labs LLC does not provide compounded medications.
You will not resell or distribute products for prohibited purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
11. Termination of Contract
We may terminate or restrict your access to the Site if you:
Violate any Terms
Misuse products
Attempt to treat our products as drugs subject to 503A/503B standards
All liability, indemnification, and intellectual property provisions survive termination.
12. Limitation of Liability
Ligare Labs LLC shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
Loss of business, data, or profits
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

15. Ligare Research Partner Program Terms
By applying to or participating in the Ligare Labs LLC Ligare Research Partner Program, you agree to the following terms in addition to all other Terms & Conditions on this Site:
15.1 Commission Structure
• Ligare Research Partners earn 15% commission on every completed order placed using their unique affiliate code.
• Customers who use a Ligare Research Partner’s code receive 10% off their total order.
• Commissions may be redeemed once the Ligare Research Partner’s balance reaches a minimum of $100 USD.
• Ligare Research Partners may choose payout in cash or store credit, at their discretion.
15.2 Payment & Eligibility
• Commission balances will be calculated based on successfully processed orders only (excluding cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders).
• Payout requests may be made at any time once the minimum $100 threshold is met.
• Ligare Research Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
15.3 Promotional Guidelines Ligare Research Partners agree to the following promotional requirements:
• A minimum of 2 promotional posts per week featuring or referencing products or brand.
• Content must comply with platform guidelines and may not depict misuse, consumption, or unsafe handling of research chemicals.
• Ligare Research Partners may not use their own code on their own orders under any circumstances.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in:
• Temporary suspension of the Ligare Research Partner’s code
• Permanent deactivation of the Ligare Research Partner’s code
• Forfeiture of pending commissions (in cases of fraud or misuse)
15.4 Code Misuse & Fraud We reserve the right to revoke affiliate privileges if:
• A Ligare Research Partner attempts to apply their own code to personal purchases
• Fraudulent or artificial traffic is generated
• Misleading, unsafe, or inappropriate promotional content is posted
• Terms of this Ligare Research Partner Program or Site Terms are violated All decisions regarding code deactivation or commission cancellation are made at our sole discretion.
15.5 Relationship Disclaimer
Participation in the Ligare Research Partner Program does not create an employer–employee relationship, agency partnership, joint venture, or franchise. Ligare Research Partners operate as independent promoters.
15.6 Modifications to Affiliate Terms
Ligare Labs LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ligare Research Partners Program and its terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
15.7 Ligare Research Partner Leaderboard Disclosure & Consent
By participating in the Ligare Labs LLC Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree that your first and last name, along with affiliate performance information such as orders per month , may be publicly displayed on the Ligare Labs LLC Ligare Research Partners leaderboard or related promotional materials.
Participation in the Ligare Research Partners Program constitutes explicit consent to the public display of this information for purposes including, but not limited to, transparency, community engagement, rankings, and performance recognition.
Ligare Research Partners who do not agree to this disclosure must not apply to or participate in the Ligare Research Partners Program. Ligare Labs LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate Ligare Research Partners accounts for non-compliance with this requirement.
16. Return Policy
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products under any circumstances.

17. Guaranteed Delivery
If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us immediately at info@ligarelabs.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your claim and promptly arrange a replacement or resolution.
We are committed to making sure your research materials arrive safely and securely.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Ligare Labs LLC regarding your access to and use of the Site, including all purchases made through the Site. These Terms supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. No Waiver
Failure by Ligare Labs LLC to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Ligare Labs LLC.
21. Electronic Acceptance
By accessing this Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Electronic acceptance shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
22. Final Research Use Acknowledgment
All products sold by Ligare Labs LLC are strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, inhalation, application, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition.
